Hello! My name is Matt and I am a professional aged 24. I am looking for a flat share that would allow me going back to home late at night. Overall I am a respectable and clean person, always happy to talk but I do respect my own space as much as I do others.
I am working 30h a week as a barista which means my highest comfortable rent would be 650 a month. On top of that I am a musician (singer). While I do have a place to record and practice It would be much easier if I could do it at home.
It is considered loud so I am happy to do it at agreed times or at the studio.
That being said I don't mind luxury as long as the place is not moldy or dirty, as I am mostly looking for somewhere to sleep in and save up money.
