Mature PhD student looking for relaxed house

I’m moving to Belfast to start a PhD at UU in September. I’m pretty relaxed but prefer a quiet house. Very sociable but not a partier. I’d be going into the university most weekdays with some working from home. I am a bit of a night owl when I’m writing but I would do my best to be quiet in the night. Generally tidy but not stressed about a couple of dirty spoons in the sink.

I like film, travel, reading, cooking, yoga, the outdoors, animals, going for coffees. Originally from Canada but have lived around the UK and Ireland the last 20 years.

Looking for one or two roommates with similar interests and who are looking for a friendly, homely roommate experience. It would be nice if we watched a film together or went for a drink once in a while.

I’m sensitive to cigarette smoke so no smoking please.
