KCL 2nd Year - Sept Move in

Hi!!! I'm Safiya (20), a KCL Politics student, going into my second year!! I'm looking for a house/flat share that has easy access to Strand, as well as Liverpool Street Station for my pharmacy job. I've lived in London my whole life and could not live anywhere else🕺🕺🕺 I can offer 3-4 months rent upfront.

Strong preference for South of the river (Waterloo down to Elephant & Castle) or Shoreditch/Hoxton — will consider Angel/N1 and Bethnal Green/Whitechapel too

£1000 bill included is my absolute max, preferably closer to £900 -- if it's towards the higher end i beg i need a good bus route

Later move-in dates preferred, but flexible on this

I'd prefer a share with 3-5 people, preferably girls but not fussed -- want somewhere with a good bathroom ratio though. I'm a sociable girl who would love the occasional movie night/flat dinner. I love baking, so promise lots of amazing cookies!! Mostly out the house on weekends due to work
