Hi!

We're two postgraduate students looking for a two-bedroom flat to rent from 1 September.

I'll be starting my master's degree at University College London (UCL), and my flatmate will be studying at Imperial College London. We're both responsible, tidy, and respectful tenants looking for a comfortable home during our studies.

We're non-smokers, live a quiet lifestyle, and value a clean and well-maintained home. We don't host parties and are looking for a long-term tenancy where we can settle in and focus on our studies.

We're open to a range of locations with good transport links to our universities and are happy to provide references, proof of student status, and any other documents required.
