Looking for a Room | Move-in 30 September

Hi,

I’m Simon, a professional working as an International Sales Manager. I travel a lot for work, so I’m away fairly often, but when I’m home I like to keep life pretty balanced. You’ll usually find me at the gym, cooking something decent, or unwinding after a trip.

I’m looking for a clean, friendly home with one like-minded housemate. I’m always up for a chat, a laugh, or sharing a meal now and then, but I also really value having our own space.

I’m very clean and tidy, respectful of shared areas, and easy to live with. I like to keep things spotless, and I’ll always do my bit to keep the place looking good.

I’m ideally looking for a fully furnished room with fast Wi-Fi, good transport links, and a gym nearby. If it sounds like I’d be a good fit, it’d be great to come over, meet you, and see the place.
