3-Month Let near Uni of Dundee (from 21 sept)

Hello! I am a PhD student from India coming to the University of Dundee for a lab exchange. I need a room for ~90 days starting from September 21st.
I am looking for a furnished room within walking distance of the main campus (DD1 or DD2 areas). I have a budget of around £350 per month.
As a researcher, my schedule will be quite busy, so I am just looking for a quiet, clean, and friendly place to stay. I am very tidy, responsible, and easygoing.
