I am looking for a respectful, friendly and tidy person to share the home with. Both males and females are welcome.

I am a quiet and considerate person and will always respect your privacy and personal space. I am happy for you to have friends over, as long as noise is kept to a reasonable level during sleeping hours. If you are planning a party or larger gathering, I would simply appreciate some notice in advance.

I would also like someone who is willing to help keep the shared areas, including the kitchen, bathroom and living spaces, clean and tidy after use.

Overall, I am hoping to find an easy-going and reliable housemate who would enjoy living in a calm, comfortable and respectful home.
