’m a student at the University of Sussex looking for accommodation in Brighton with a budget of up to £600/month including bills (preferably).

I’m open to either a shared house or studio, and I’m comfortable in mixed/student households.

I’m ideally looking to move in around 1st September (or up to a week earlier if needed), and I will be completing my studies in October.

I’m a responsible and quiet tenant and can provide references if required. Please let me know if you have anything suitable available.
