Looking for double room for cat and I

I’m almost 23 and starting my Master’s in Law in late August /September, so I’m hoping to move in around mid August. I’ll be doing my Solicitor Qualifying Exams alongside it and I’ve got a training contract with a law firm called Dentons once I finish my exams next year.

I’m really hoping to find a cosy, friendly home. I don’t know many people in London yet, so it would mean a lot to live somewhere where we can chat, hang out when it suits everyone and just feel comfortable around each other while still having our own space.

I’ll be at uni at least three days a week, sometimes up to five and I have lived in shared housing the last 3 year I’m very clean and considerate in shared spaces. I love a pub trip occasionally or a bar and I’d honestly love to explore London properly including museums, markets, antique shops, cute cafés, new restaurants, all of it.

A bit about me, I love yoga, art, painting, doing my nails, cooking and watching trashy TV including reality TV and docu‑series.

I also have a little indoor cat called Buffy who would also move in with me. She’s almost 2, very affectionate. She’s fully house‑trained, has never had accidents or caused damage and I’ve lived with housemates throughout uni with no issues at all. I will keep her litter tray and things in my room and clean it every day and she mostly stays in my room unless I'm in communal areas she tends to follow. It would be very important that people are vigilant not to let her near open windows or doors. She’s very calm and even harness‑trained for little walks though she is still working on her confidence with this.

Im open to any areas so long as it has decent travel of Holborn as that's where my uni is. My budget is £700-800. 900 max if including bills.
