Professional looking for a peaceful home

Hello! I’m a 34-year-old working as an analyst in Insurance looking for a friendly, clean, and comfortable place to call home.
I work 3-4 days in the office, which keeps me pretty busy during the week. In my free time, I enjoy running, hiking, reading, seeing friends, watching some sports & catching up on a TV series.
I’m looking for a spare room in a shared house or flat. Ideally, I’d love to find a place with a relaxed, social vibe where housemates enjoy a chat or a shared meal occasionally, but also completely respect each other's boundaries and downtime.

Move-in date: Looking to move in August.
Budget: Up to £1200 per month max (including bills preferred)
Location preferences: Area around Brockwell park - Herne Hill, Dulwich, Brixton Hill. Or alternatively around Finsbury Park.

I’ve lived in shared accommodation quite a lot before, so I completely understand the unwritten rules of communal living. I am more than happy to help up with chores and like to keep shared spaces clean. Rent/bills will always be paid strictly on time. I'm respectful, reliable, and like to contribute in making somewhere peaceful and a nice place to be.
