Friendly professional looking for a flatmate

Hi! I’m Luigi, a 30-year-old Italian professional, and I’ve been living in London for the past nine years. I work full-time and have recently completed my degree in Business and Marketing.

I’m looking for someone friendly and reliable to team up with and find a comfortable two-bedroom flat, ideally from the 7th or 15th of August and somewhere with a convenient commute to Liverpool Street.

I also have a lovely cat, so it’s important that you’re comfortable living with pets. She is well behaved and used to living indoors.

At home, I’m clean, respectful and like to keep shared spaces tidy. I’m sociable and would be happy to occasionally have a drink, cook together, watch a film, while also respecting each other’s privacy and personal space. I’m not looking for a party flat, but I would like the place to feel friendly and relaxed rather than simply sharing with a stranger.
