Looking for a Flatmate to Buddy Up With

Hi everyone!
I'm looking for a flatmate to buddy up with and find a 2 or 3-bedroom apartment together. My preferred areas are Jesmond, West Jesmond, Gosforth, or Newcastle City Centre or anywhere which has a metro station close by.

A little bit about me:

- I'm a Mechanical Design Engineer working full-time.
- Outside of work, I'm a pretty sociable and easy-going person.

I enjoy:

- Going to the pub for a few drinks
- Watching football
- Board game nights
- Hiking and exploring the outdoors
- Hanging out with friends and meeting new people

'm fairly tidy and respectful of shared spaces, so it would be great to find someone who's similarly clean and considerate.

My budget is around £750–£800 per month, ideally including bills and council tax.
