House share in headingly/leeds

Hey , I’m hopefully transferring to leeds beckett into second year sports coaching , just waiting on a few grades to confirm so i thought i’d start looking now. Hoping to find a house share to move into rather than having to live in student accommodation :))
I am very local to leeds so I can easily come to view and meet potential housemates before agreeing to any contracts .
