Looking for a flatmate for my masters year

Hi, I am Zaki. I recently finished my undergrad and will commence my masters in September. I ideally want to move to our new home from July, but I am open to delay that if needed by you.

I want to move to the towers in Deansgate especially due to the amenities they offer, like a gym, swimming pool, study spaces and many restaurants/coffee shops close by. However if you're looking for elsewhere then that could always be discussed. My budget is between 750 to 900 depending on where we agree to move into.

Things to know about me:

I usually strike close friendships with flatmates and love to motivate each other to reach our own personal goals (gym, studies, work, etc) but if your someone that is more introverted of course I do not mind. I will respect that and will happily give you your own space.

I appreciate cleanliness and being mindful of each other

I will be having very nigh outs because i wlll be busy with my masters and part time work this year, and its something that I rarely enjoy.

My interests are varied so usually we can always get along.
