Professional couple seeking flatmates

Hi! We are a professional couple (both 24) looking for one professional flatmate to rent a modern 2-bedroom Build-to-Rent or co-living apartment together in London.

We are flexible on location and care much more about the quality of the building than the postcode. We’re looking for somewhere with amenities like a gym, concierge, co-working space or lounge, and ideally a well-managed building.

Our budget is around £3,000 per month in total, depending on the property. We would take one bedroom together, and you would have the second bedroom.

We are clean, respectful, easy-going, and looking for someone similar who wants a comfortable home rather than just a place to stay.
