27 y/o Looking for Flat share | Open to Buddy Up

Hi, I’m Aydhan, a 27 year old professional looking for a room in or around Manchester city centre, ideally Ancoats, Northern Quarter or New Islington, or anywhere within easy commuting distance.

My budget is up to £700 per month including bills, and I’m hoping to move in sooner rather than later but I am able to wait to find the right place.

A bit about me:

- I work IT full time Monday to Friday.
- I’m clean, tidy and respectful of shared spaces.
- I’m easy going, sociable and always happy for a chat, but I also respect everyone’s own space and privacy.
- Outside of work I enjoy going to the gym, football, gaming and spending time with friends and family.
- Also partial to the pub and going out, but at a healthy level.

I’m looking for a friendly, relaxed household where everyone is considerate and respectful of each other.
