Tech grad looking for a flat to commute to liv st!

Hey! I’m a recent Computer Science grad working as a software engineer in the trading industry, and I’m looking for a room in an existing flatshare, ideally a 2 bed where I’d be living with one other person.

My office is right by Liverpool Street and I’m in five days a week, with relatively long hours, so I’d love to be within about a 15-minute cycle ideally or a good tube. Areas like Shoreditch, Hoxton, Spitalfields, Clerkenwell, Angel, Bethnal Green, Aldgate would be perfect, but if your place is a quick ride from Liverpool Street, I’m very open.

During the week I’m mostly at work and then the gym or training. At weekends I’m out and about: exploring London, catching the sun when we get it, finding good food and playing sports. My current hobbies are bachata (and now some salsa, maybe hip hop soon), hiking, running and the gym. I’m always up for trying something new. Generally anything social and fun.

I’d love to live with someone I genuinely get on with, not just someone I pass in the hallway. If you’re sociable and like doing things, whether that’s a run, a climb, or dinner with friends at home, I think we’d get on really well. I enjoy having people round every now and then, and I’m just as happy to join in when you do.

On the practical side, I keep shared spaces clean and tidy, I’m respectful of your space and routine, and I’m reliable with rent and bills. I’m looking for a furnished room at up to around £1,800 a month including bills, and my move in date is looking for mid november.
