Looking for a room in Dennistoun

Hi,

I've just moved to Glasgow and am looking for long-term accommodation in or around Dennistoun. I'm originally from Germany but have spent over a decade in the UK and am meanwhile a British Citizen.

I have a background in sales and am currently transitioning into a local role, with savings to cover the interim.

I'm planning to also rent an arts studio close by - so will spend quite a bit of time there, and in the gym or at dance / physical theatre classes.

I'm clean and tidy and look after shared spaces. I enjoy socialising with flatmates - it's always nice to have a good conversation :) but I also know how to give people their space.
