Walthamstow Double room, additional room & garden

Hi, I am looking for a housemate to share this lovely little rented house with a garden in Walthamstow. The room is a small double though with the rent being split the ground floor has a second room downstairs, the same size as the living room currently being used as a storage room, this will be clear for you can use this space as you wish! Still sharing the living room and all other communal space.
I have rented in this house for just under 6 years and have definitely made it my home so looking for someone to treat as there own also and enjoy the space and garden.
I enjoy local pubs and beyond! Though with a busy job the heavy party days are sadly not as regular! I also enjoy gigs, festivals, walks, exercise and eating food more then cooking the food! Watching Documentaries and some very trashy TV.
I'm hoping for a housemate we can share a chat over a drink and a bbq. I also enjoy my own time.
I have a dachshund dog, he will need time to adjust but will quickly learn any boundaries you prefer. Though you would need to be a dog person to accept him.
The house is an 8 minute walk to Walthamstow Central Victoria Line underground, the overground to Chingford and Liverpool Street also the main bus garage is here. Walthamstow Market and shopping centre with all amenities being the same distance.
Walthamstow Queens Road Overground station is around 10/15 min walk.
The lovely Rose & Crown pub is just around the corner and SOHO Theatre is just across the road from the house.
I'm clean and tidy and respect another person's space. Having friends over or wanting quiet time is no issue.
I smoke roll ups and outside. If you prefer some furnishings in the room I can arrange this.
If you are looking for Monday- Friday let we can of course amend the rent to suit.
