Two friendly chaps looking for a third housemate

We are two friendly male house mates looking for either a male of female third "Buddy-up" housemate.

Our landlord has decided to sell, and we are needing to move to a new home. We are in need of a third house mate as we ideally are looking for a three bedroom house with a garden.

A little about us, Matt works for the BBC and Tom works as a freelancer in the visual effects industry.

We both love both keeping to ourselves as well as socialising,, going for drinks and food at restaurants but also simply enjoying a takeaway at home in front of the TV.

We love sport, primarily football and tag rugby and love keeping active by going to the gym.

We are looking for someone to join us who enjoys both spending time together as well as enjoying private time, we are very chill!
