German Erasmus Exchange Student, Durham

Hi! My name is Jonas, I'm a German student from University of Hamburg on an Erasmus exchange at Durham University for the upcoming academic year (Sept 2026-June 2027). I'm looking for a single room in a shared house or flat, ideally within short distance from the university.

A bit about me:
Fully funded exchange student (Erasmus+), so rent and bills are no problem!
Tidy, quiet, and respectful housemate
Happy to share communal spaces and get along well with flatmates
Looking to move in around 20. Sept. and stay until end of June

What I'm looking for:
Single room, furnished
Bills included or clearly split
WiFi
Safe, well-connected area near Durham University
