Ideally wanting my own place near Bristol centre

I lived in Brighton for 9 years and was hit with a section 21 a week before the renter's act came into force. All my belongings/furniture are packed in boxes in my poor mum's garage in Weston-super-Mare. I'd like to move as quickly as possible. I am not currently working as I wanted to find somewhere to live as a priority and build around that. I know that can ring alarm bells so I just wanted to state outright that I have a UK guarantor and around £16000 in savings. I'm 32, a non-smoker and don’t have any pets. I am entitled to standard PIP (both elements) and full UC (including LCWRA) equalling £26620.40 per annum (assuming £900 housing benefits as per Bristol's LHA rates). I’m very open to paying several months rent upfront.
