36yo Professional looking for double room

Hi, I’m Mark. I’m 36 and work in retail.

I’m friendly, clean, respectful, and easy-going. In my spare time I enjoy the gym, fitness, cooking, films, days out, and socialising. I like a healthy balance between quiet downtime and also spending time with a housemate, whether that’s chilling, chatting, or having the occasional film night.

I’m looking for a room to rent by 31st July 2026, as my current tenancy is ending with my existing housemate.

I also have a small dog called Barley, who is a 5-year-old Jack Russell. He’s very friendly, well behaved, fully house trained, and low maintenance. Ideally, I’m looking to live with someone who is happy around dogs.

I’m reliable with rent and bills, respectful of shared spaces, and looking for a relaxed, comfortable home with a friendly atmosphere.
