Mature PhD Student Seeking Quiet and Clean Room

Hi there!

I am a 35-year-old Indonesian moving to London this Sept to pursue my PhD at London. My studies are fully backed by government scholarship, so the rent and bills will always be paid on time.

​I am a calm, mostly introverted, non-smoking, tidy, and independent person who deeply values a peaceful, considerate household dynamic. Given the intense nature of doctoral research, I am looking for a quiet home environment. I respect others' boundaries, clean up after myself immediately, and appreciate a well-organized living space.

​Ideally, I am looking for a double room in North London, specifically along the Piccadilly Line corridor (N4, N8, N15, N22/Wood Green, Bounds Green, Manor Park) to ensure a smooth, direct commute to campus.

In terms of ​budget, I am looking for around £750–£800 pcm (ideally with bills included).

Pls note that I will move to London around mid-to-late September 2026.
