Couple looking for double room near UCA

Hi, we're a couple looking to find accomodation around UCA, ideally a double room with a desk. We'd also ideally like bills included if possible. As a student, we're not particularly fussy, just looking for a clean, quiet space where I'd be able to focus on studying while my partner works. We're both quiet, respectful, and enjoy cooking, we also love pets and would be very happy to share a space with them. 😊
