I'm a professional working in the health and fitness industry in Portsmouth, and I'm looking for a long-term place to call home from 1 August.

I'm a quiet, respectful, and very tidy person. I take pride in keeping my home clean and well looked after, and I really appreciate living in a calm and friendly environment. Outside of work, I spend most of my time training, staying active, and enjoying a healthy lifestyle. I'm not someone who has late-night parties or creates noise.

I'm in stable employment, always pay my rent on time, and can provide a reference from my current landlord. I also have a UK guarantor available if needed.

I'm looking for an en-suite room with bills and Council Tax included, ideally in Southsea (PO5), PO4, PO1, Fratton, and Somers Road, with a budget of up to £600 per month.

I'm happy to meet in person and can provide proof of income or employment, landlord references, a UK guarantor, and any other information you may need.
