Professional Couple Looking for an Annexe

We’re a friendly, professional couple looking for a long-term place to call home, ideally a self-contained annexe, studio, lodge or small flat between Cardiff and Swansea, with Bridgend being the perfect location for us.

I’m 27 and my husband is 40. We both work as personal trainers and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu coaches. We work in a gym in Cardiff for personal training sessions, teach private 1-to-1 and small group Jiu-Jitsu sessions, train regularly in Swansea, and also work at Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu events on weekends.

We’re both incredibly busy, so when we’re at home we enjoy a quiet, relaxed environment. We’re clean, tidy, respectful and take great pride in looking after wherever we live. We don’t smoke or drink, we don’t host parties, and we’re looking for somewhere we can settle and treat as our home.

We’re ideally looking for:

* A self-contained annexe, studio, lodge or one-bedroom flat.
* Bridgend, Porthcawl, Cowbridge, Pencoed or anywhere between Cardiff and Swansea.
* Parking would be a bonus.
* A long-term let if possible.

Our budget is around £600 per month, although we’d be happy to discuss this for the right property, particularly if some bills are included.
