i was livng with my dad in his flat, sadly he has died from cancer and i can not take over the tenancy. i have to be out end of july and have nowhere to go. i am a quite and very tidy person. i paint and make models. if you can help me i would be so gratefull to you. i can pay a deposit and a months rent.
