Single working full time female looking for room

I am writing to express my strong interest in the 1-bedroom fully furnished flat
I am currently working at kettle produce ltd as full time job which is located in Freuchie and my income comfortably covers the rent. I have all the required documentation ready, including proof of income and references (both professional and landlord references).

I am prepared to pay the first month's rent and the one-month deposit immediately upon signing, and I am looking to move in around the availability date of 22nd July.
