ROOM WANTED – PARTINGTON / TRAFFORD AREA

Hi, I’m looking for a room to rent in Partington, Urmston, Sale, Eccles or Irlam.

I’m 41, quiet, tidy and respectful. I receive Universal Credit due to ill health and my income is stable and has recently increased, so I can afford rent up to around £600 per month (bills included).

I am a smoker but I always smoke outside and never indoors.

I tend to keep myself to myself and prefer a quiet home. I spend most of my time out during the day at my allotment or sorting daily responsibilities, and I would usually only be in the house to sleep. I would be away around 3–4 days a week at times.

I’m clean, reliable, and always pay rent on time. I don’t cause drama and I respect other people’s space and privacy.

Looking for a calm, clean house share or live-in landlord situation.
