Hi, I’m Adam. I’m a software engineer looking to team up with one friendly, easy-going professional (or a couple) to rent a 3 or 4 bedroom house near the Ashley Down end of Sefton Park Road / St Andrews Park.

I’m a quiet and calm person, and respectful of the people I live with. I am also sociable and am regularly out with friends. What I value most is having a clean, tidy and peaceful home. I would love to meet someone who has a similar vibe, someone social to share the space with, but also comfortable having our own space when needed. I do yoga in the mornings, am the resident DJ for my friends parties, and I make a great curry.

I’m looking for a calm, independent, tidy housemate. Someone who becomes a friend, maybe shares cooking when we’re both home. But I’m easy going and happy to go with the flow. I also spend quite a bit of time at my girlfriend’s place, so you’d have a decent amount of space to yourself too.

Location is my highest priority. I am looking for a home close to Gloucester Road - near the Ashley Down end of Sefton Park Road / St Andrews Park. I have three children who live full-time with their mother nearby. I want to be able for my children to come over for dinner once a week, and I’m specifically looking for a house big enough so my 10-year old son can stay over every other weekend.

I’m hoping to find a housemate who is comfortable with my children being around but also is happy to enjoy a larger place with periods where I’m away.

The ideal place would be a comfortable house with 3+ double bedrooms, living room and dining space. I am happy to pay the equivalent amount for 2 of the bedrooms to create a space that my children can stay in, but that’s can also be used as a spare room if people come to stay.

My budget is maximum £1500 per month. I’ve found some great properties between the £2,000-£2,500 mark in this area. So I’m ideally looking to match with someone who has a £800-£1,200 per month budget.

No smokers or vapers please. I don’t have pets, but I’m open to living with someone who does. Temporary overnight guests are fine. I’d ideally like to move by 20 August, but could move earlier for the right place.

Basically: grown-up, low-key, kind, tidy, with enough room for kids, work, great dinners, and the occasional chaotic board game.
