Looking for someone to buddy up

Im a full time working professional looking to share a flat with a like minded person or people. I am looking for a double room with an ensuite and ideally outdoor space. Parking is also needed. I do have a dog so listed on the ad only because they may visit me on occasion but will predominantly live with my parents.
I spend most of my time working or doing fitness classes so i prefer to come home to relax, read a book or pop a movie on. Not into clubbing or late nights.
