Looking for a flatmate

Been in Manchester for a year now and my tenancy is up next month. My flatmate is moving out so looking to move in somewhere else in the city.

Currently based in Ancoats but happy to look anywhere city centre. I work in the office 5 days a week with the occasional day at home.

Looking for someone that is social and likes going for drinks but also likes to chill. I’m looking for a friend as well as a flatmate. I love to socialise but also like my own time.
