Professional (M,22) w/cat seeking buddy up

Hi, I’m a 22 year old graduate starting a role at an Investment firm at the end of July. I’m looking for a room in a flat share, or to buddy up. Ideally on the Victoria line or easily commutable to Victoria.

A bit about me:

• I’m moving down from Liverpool to start a full time office job in Victoria at the end of this month, looking for somewhere easily commutable to there.
• I have a cat so pet friendly is essential, happy to answer any questions about her.
•Budget is £1300+bills a month, though I can stretch that for the right place/flatmate.
•Clean and tidy, easygoing and sociable.
•Outside of work I go to the gym regularly and play several sports, I’m a bit of a foodie and enjoy the pub, going out and cooking.
•My girlfriend will be visiting every couple of weeks.
