Room wanted anywhere south of Bodmin

Hi there, I’m a 34 year old male looking for a room / studio anywhere south of Bodmin from mid October, with a preference for the hayle / Penzance area. I’m currently staying in reykjavik Iceland until then.

My plan is to come back to Cornwall and start as self employed in the industry I’m trained in (automation engineering). I have several parties already interested in offering me work upon my return, and will look to build from there. Due to the nature of my plans I won’t have employment prior to or upon my return, I do however, have the means to pay rent for a significant period of time even if the leads do not pan out, I can provide evidence of such.
