I recently came out of a long-term relationship and am looking for a fresh start in a place that truly feels like home.

What I’m looking for

* A female flatmate who’s considerate, easy to communicate with, and keeps shared spaces tidy. / mixed gender or LGBTQ also welcome. But won’t for pure male houseshare.
* Happy to occasionally chat, cook, or grab a coffee together, while also respecting each other’s independence
* I’m spiritually curious. Going to bible course on weekly basis. Spiritual households are preferred.

I’m hoping to stay somewhere with:

* Good transport links to Farringdon (around 30–40 minutes or less)
* A safe neighbourhood
* Lots of natural light (bright flats are a big plus!)
* Parks or green spaces nearby

Budget

Ideally below £1,300 per person after bills.
