Canadian Couple Seeking Double Room Move-in 25/07

Hello! Eh? We’re a friendly Canadian couple (29 & 30) currently moving to London on Youth Mobility Visas and looking for a comfortable place to call home from 25 July 2026. We’re both clean, quiet professionals who value a relaxed and respectful home environment.

One of us works in hospitality and the other in HVAC, and we’re both respectful, tidy, reliable, and easy to live with. We enjoy a clean, peaceful home, are considerate of shared spaces, and appreciate a friendly household while always respecting everyone’s privacy.

We’re are non-smokers with no pets. We’re looking for a long-term furnished double room in a clean, well-kept home. A home with good transport links, kitchen and laundry access, and a respectful atmosphere would be ideal. We’re flexible on the area and are more interested in finding the right home and housemates than a specific postcode.

We’re financially prepared to move, with our deposit and first month’s rent ready, and we take pride in paying rent on time, communicating openly, and treating any home with care. We have employment references available and are happy to provide them upon request.

We’re relocating to London to build our careers and are looking for a place we can genuinely call home rather than just somewhere to stay. We’d love to find a welcoming household where we can settle in for the long term and be the kind of tenants and housemates people enjoy living with.
