22 y/o Grad looking for 6 month rent starting Aug

Heya! I'm Isaac; I've just finished my master's, and I am looking for a flat/house share to rent for 6 months from August as I start my graduate job in banking.

I am very flexible with accommodation; anywhere within a ~30-minute commute to Cannon Street is perfect for me. I have a budget of roughly £1,300 pcm, including bills (cheaper is always nicer though!), and I start work full-time in mid-to-late August. I expect to be in the office almost every weekday, but I may work at home a couple days a week.

I'm originally from Oxfordshire but studied maths at Warwick, and I am moving to London for the first time. I'm very easygoing, respectful of shared spaces, and like to keep things clean and tidy. In my free time, I enjoy watching football and rugby and am always down for the occasional after-work pint or chilling with flatmates. I’m not the type to stay up late making noise, but I'm a heavy sleeper, so it doesn't bother me if others do!
