Hi, I’m Angelo, 24, starting a graduate role in IT this September as a recent graduate. I’ll be commuting to Stratford-upon-Avon, so being close to train station is important for me.

A bit about me: I’m easygoing, tidy, sociable and respect people’s space. Outside of work I’m into walking, socialising, playing the game- soon GTA😎, f1, football, personal finance and building my professional network, so I keep myself busy. I don’t smoke nor drink tbh.

I’m looking for a 2-bed, ideally 2-bath flat in the city core but ideally Southside area (Soulihill preferably). Budget around £700-800pm all-in, including bills.

Open to buddying up with another professional. Must-haves: a clean, respectful living environment and somewhere walkable to nearest train station.

Deal-breakers: smoking indoors and anywhere needing multiple trains to get to work.
