Hi! I’m a primary school teacher starting a permanent Year 4 role at a school near Brick Lane (E1) in September. I’m looking for my own self-contained studio – own kitchen and bathroom essential.

• Budget: ideally £1,100–1,200/month, up to £1,300 for the right place
• Areas: Whitechapel, Bethnal Green, Aldgate, Mile End, Bow, Stratford, Forest Gate, Ilford, Leyton, Walthamstow, Tottenham, Seven Sisters, Edmonton – anywhere within ~40 mins of Liverpool Street/Aldgate East
• Move-in: as soon as possible

• Quiet, tidy, non-smoker, no pets – out early on weekdays, evenings spent lesson planning
