Looking for a room for 6 months

Hi all! I am looking for a place to live for 6mon, preferably in a queer friendly household (as I am queer). I recently moved here from the US, work from home but generally a quiet person. I am looking for a room in a shared house, with rent+bills preferably under £760 (a bit of flexibility there).
I am a freelance creative, I work mostly from home with irregular hours. I am friendly and chatty, but spend most of my time working and keeping to myself. I am not a big partier either.
I would absolutely prefer somewhere with a little private outside area (garden, yard, etc) to hang out in, as thats important for my brain to function. If not, then close to a park is a must! I am happy to live with pets and experienced with care + keeping up training. I also garden and am happy to help out with that.
