ideally looking for a clean, social flatmate with similar interests. i’m hoping too not just be roommates but also develop a friendship whilst respecting each others lives and space.

abit about me - i’m pretty social and love meeting new people, travelling and music. i enjoy cosy nights in just as much as nights out and the occasional wine night!

the flat is in a brand new building in ancoats, its modern with a gym, study space and street parking. rent is £1300 pcm , with bills we are currently paying around £800pcm.
