29 y/o looking for a flatshare

I’m Davea (29) from Hong Kong. I’ve just finished my Master’s on environment and sustainable development at UCL and am transitioning to working full-time here in London long-term.

As a flatmate, I’d describe myself as mature, tidy, and very considerate of shared spaces. I really value personal space, but I'm also always up for good conversations and the occasional girls' night out.

In my spare time, I love exploring London, trying new restaurants and cafes, travelling, hitting the gym, visiting museums & galleries, watching movies and just going to nature.

What I'm looking for:
I’d love to live with someone who is clean, considerate, and respects diverse cultural backgrounds. I am looking for a home that is a peaceful sanctuary — so I’d prefer to avoid a big party house or a setup where friends are constantly over. There's absolutely no forced socializing, but I'd definitely love to live with someone I can truly become friends with and enjoy occasional hangouts with.

I am looking for a all-girl flatshare located in zone 1 - 2, ideally an ensuite/2b2b or 2b1b. My budget is around £900-1200 and I am looking to move in around late August 2026.
