Engineer Seeking Room in Manchester

Hi!

I’m Dominik, a 27-year-old professional who’ll be moving to Manchester in late August to start a full-time engineering role in the city centre.

I’m looking for a clean, relaxed home with other professionals where everyone gets along, respects each other’s space, and enjoys coming home after work. I’m sociable and always happy to have a chat over dinner or a cup of tea, but I also appreciate that everyone needs their own downtime.

I’d describe myself as easygoing, considerate and tidy. I like keeping shared areas clean, I’m a non-smoker, and I drink socially now and then.

Outside of work I enjoy cooking, walking and hiking, travelling, visiting museums and galleries, watching films and TV series, gaming, chess, and I’m hoping to get back into the gym once I’ve settled in. I’m looking forward to exploring Manchester properly, as it’ll be my first time living in the city.

I’m ideally looking for somewhere within an easy commute of the city centre and am happy living with one to three other professionals, whether male or female.

My budget is flexible depending on the property (£1,000 all-in for the right place), and I’m happy to arrange a video call or viewing beforehand as I’m not currently based in Manchester. Happy to provide references from previous flatmates.
