I am a 24-year old professional, looking for a room in a sociable and relaxed household. I will be starting my graduate engineering job on the 7th September, so looking to move in start of September (though can be flexible with an earlier move in date).

I'm ideally looking for Seven Dials, but also am open to the surrounding areas like Preston Park, Round Hill, Hanover, West Kemptown... I just need to be within 20 - 30 minutes walk of Brighton Station.

I'd love to live with people who enjoy spending some time together: cooking a meal together, getting coffee, or adventuring out to try something new. I personally enjoy walking, running and hiking - apparently anything to use my legs! I also enjoy doing creative things like life drawing and pottery, and I'm am always up for anything involving mindfulness or getting immersed in nature.

As a housemate I am clean and tidy. I will always engage in conversation if someone is around and up for it, but I'm also respectful of people's space and downtime... trust me, I get it!
