Young professional looking for an appartment in JQ

Hi, I'm Jolyon, a 22-year-old graduate relocating to Birmingham to start a consulting role.

I'm looking for a clean, comfortable home with good transport links, ideally in or around the Jewellery Quarter or the city centre. I'm hoping to find a place where everyone is friendly and respectful, while also appreciating each other's privacy and personal space.

A little about me: I'm tidy, considerate, and easy to live with. During the week I'll mostly be focused on work, the gym, and exploring Birmingham, while at weekends I enjoy seeing friends, trying new restaurants and cafés, and getting outdoors when I can. I value a relaxed and well-looked-after home, and I'm always happy to do my share to keep communal areas clean and organised.
