Female Postgraduate Student Looking for Ensuite

I am a 23‑year‑old female international postgraduate student at the University of Leeds.
I am searching for a room with an en‑suite bathroom. My preferred areas are Headingley, Woodhouse and Leeds city centre, with a monthly budget of around £700.

I hope to live in a shared property with 2‑4 housemates. I am outgoing, easy‑going and good at communication.
In my spare time, I do portrait photography and drone shooting, and I’m happy to take great photos for my flatmates. I also like cooking, and I can share homemade Chinese food occasionally if we get on well. I really enjoy making new friends.

I will arrive in Leeds in late July for my pre‑sessional language course, and I can move in from this date. I am also happy to start my tenancy at the beginning of September if a better property comes along.
I am open to private spare rooms, and I am also ready to buddy up with another female tenant to rent a 2‑bed flat together.
