Accommodation Request for a 26-Week Stay in Cardif

My name is Francesco Guarnaccia, and I am a 29-year-old PhD student in the final year of my doctoral studies at the University of Verona.

I will be moving to Cardiff for approximately 26 weeks (around six months) as part of my PhD abroad programme. During my stay, I will be conducting research at the Cardiff University Brain Research Imaging Centre (CUBRIC).

I am currently looking for accommodation for the duration of my stay, from the beginning of September 2026 until the end of February 2027, and I would be grateful if you could let me know whether you have any suitable rooms or apartments available during this period.

I would also appreciate it if you could provide me with some additional information about the accommodation. In particular, I would like to know:

* what the room is like and whether it is furnished;
* which areas of the property are shared with other tenants;
* the monthly rent and whether utility bills (such as electricity, gas, water, and internet) are included in the price;
* whether you could share some photos of the room and the common areas.

A little about myself: I am a friendly, sociable, and respectful person who enjoys meeting new people while maintaining a clean and quiet living environment. As a PhD student, I will spend most of my time working at the university, and I take great care of the places where I live.
