F24 looking for room in safe area (1 year)

I am looking for a single-occupancy room in a safe area in Southampton, from September 2026 to (min-max) June/September 2027. Move in date flexible (can do a few weeks earlier). I would prefer a bills-included option.

I am Italian, 24 yo. I am starting a postgrad and work in research (remote). I am respectful, clean and friendly. I like a peaceful environment, so I try my best to be agreeable, flexible and attentive to feedback.

I value my privacy and quiet but also enjoy sharing genuine moments together (meals, conversations, movies, etc.) in a friendly environment.

I'm happy to share with anyone and don't have any strict preferences.
