Looking for a room/flatmate

Hi! I'm Joel, 26, and I'm looking for a room to rent from around late August/early September.
I've recently secured a permanent graduate engineer role starting on 1st September, so I'll be working full-time Monday to Friday. I'm friendly, tidy, considerate, and easy to live with. I like keeping shared spaces clean, respect other people's privacy, and I'm always happy to have a chat while also appreciating quiet time.
Outside of work, I'm into photography, travelling, and getting outdoors. I'm a non-smoker and don't have any pets.

What I'm Looking For;
•A furnished double room.
•Budget: up to £1000 per month (including bills preferred).
•Reasonable commute to work.
•Fast, reliable internet.
•Friendly and respectful housemates.
•Available from late August or early September.

Dealbreakers;
•Smoking inside the property.
•Very unclean shared spaces.
•Loud parties or frequent late-night noise.
•Houses where people don't respect each other's privacy.
